With all the technology available in recruitment these days it’s easy to skill match candidates to requirements, the true added value comes when you can also match personalities to company cultures and I believe this is emphasised within the PLM market, where candidates need to truly believe in the corporate ambitions of PLM to influence other users and stakeholders within the business to accept and implement change.
